Hi, I’m Kathleen!

I first came to yoga for the physical aspect of the practice, but soon realized there were so many other benefits that come from connecting movement with our breath. I now have over 15 years of teaching experience with expertise in several different styles and modalities. It’s a dream to be able to teach something I’m so passionate about, and I am so grateful for all of the students and people I have connected with over the years because of it.

In addition to teaching yoga, I have studied myofasical release, massage, meditation, breath work, and sound therapy. I am currently studying somatic bodywork modalities, and learning all about how trauma is stored in our bodies and what we can do to release it. I can’t wait to share what I’m learning with you all.

When I’m not teaching I’m probably surfing or traveling, most likely both.
